IPNE has periodic meetings on Saturday mornings via zoom.
Saturday morning meetings are currently scheduled for July 19, September 13, November 15, January 23, 2026, March 20, 2026.
Current IPNE members do not need to register for our Saturday meetings and presentation. The night before the meeting, all IPNE members will be emailed the Zoom link.

Meeting format
8:45 am: Check-in, set-up, say Hello.
9:00 am: Q&A Open Forum:
An opportunity to ask questions, seek advice, and tap into the collective knowledge of your fellow members. Bring your questions, share your experiences, and benefit from the collective wisdom of the group. There’s no clock ticking, but we’ll ensure an engaging pace to maximize everyone’s opportunities.
This hour will include a quick, 10-minute breakout session, designed to encourage more personalized sharing, feedback, and mutual support.
9:45: Breakout groups for networking.
10:00 am: Member Spotlight and Announcements
Each member gets a brief turn (approximately 30 seconds, depending on attendance) to introduce themselves, share current projects, announce a new or upcoming book, highlight a service you provide, or pass on a valuable tip or resource. We encourage new members to introduce themselves. Your mic is timed and will gently switch off when your time ends—keeping things concise and giving everyone a chance to speak.”
This hour will include another short breakout session if time allows.
The hour will end with announcements: Board news and updates.

11:00 am: Presentation: Our speakers and topics span the entire range of indie publishing topics.
Presentations will be recorded and available in the IPNE Academy (members only) for a limited time.
