The Boston Book Festival (BBF) is a vibrant celebration of literature and ideas, drawing thousands of attendees annually to Copley Square, specifically for the purpose of finding new books and connecting with authors and publishers. This is your chance to place your books in the hands of a passionate audience, expand your reach, and boost your sales!

Date: Saturday, Oct 17th. 10 am – 6 pm.
Place: Copley Square in Boston
Options for IPNE members
- Exhibit one title for $125
- Exhibit two titles for $165
- Catalog placement only – $55 (200-300 copies handed out)
Eligibility: Registration is open to IPNE members. Space is limited. Books to be exhibited are curated. Click here for curation guidelines. (Any IPNE member book that meets minimum standards of production and quality can be exhibited.)
Exhibitors are allowed only one person to attend and be behind the booth. No exceptions as space is extremely limited.
Materials: You may include up to 50 4×9” rack cards. We cannot accommodate other types of promotional materials or displays. We will have banners and other display materials.
Booth time: Logistics do not allow for all exhibitors to be in the booth at all times. You will be assigned four hours when you can be in the booth.
What you need to do to register and participate:
Register to exhibit by September 18, 2026.
You will need a high-resolution image of your company logo or book image. You will also need to provide information about you and your book to be included in the IPNE catalog/flyer.
You will receive all necessary instructions as to the above, booth etiquette, where to ship your books to us (non-returnable) and other details well in advance.
