This event is open to IPNE members only. If you are considering joining IPNE, this would be a good time to do it!

We’ll have two types of registration:

Exhibit, sign, & sell in person; plus a listing in the Town Day show catalog: $45
Inclusion in the Town Day show catalog only: $25

We recommend that exhibitors establish a special “Town Day price” to attract buyers and include that in your books.

Exhibitors should bring their books to the exhibit by 9 am. If you take a break or leave the event, you can make arrangements with a friend to handle your sales and retrieve your books.

Unless retrieved by the author or publisher, leftover books will be donated to nearby Robbins Library.,

So your books may be listed in IPNE’s Town Day show catalog, please make sure your profile is up-to-date and contains the information for each title you’re exhibiting.

 We cannot guarantee inclusion if we receive the information after Sept. 1.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:

• Please acknowledge that you have read the Curation Guidelines and filled out the Curation Form.
• Exhibitors should bring their books to the exhibit by 9 am. If you take a break or leave the event, you can make arrangements with a friend to handle your sales and retrieve your books.
• We can’t predict how many books you will sell. Space is limited, so please don’t bring more than 2 boxes.
• Collateral material is limited to one 8.5×11″ standing sign and 4×9″ rack cards. Please keep items like business cards, bookmarks in the common rack or in your pocket. There will be limited storage under the tables. Table coverings will be provided.
• 2 exhibitors needed for setup at 9 and two for breakdown at 4 pm – please indicate your preference in the “NOTES” field on the registration form. 
• Two can be behind the table and two in front at any time. We may tweak that configuration as the day goes on. The coordinators will determine booth display, book layout, and staffing needs. Other exhibitors can roam the crowd and point people to the booth.
• So your books may be listed in IPNE’s Town Day show catalog, please make sure your IPNE profile is up-to-date and contains the information for each title you’re exhibiting. 
• Please upload one 300+ dpi cover image of your book via the registration form
• We cannot guarantee catalog inclusion if your information comes in after Sept. 1.
• Unless retrieved by the author or publisher, leftover books and materials will be donated to nearby Robbins Library., 
• We recommend that exhibitors establish a special “Town Day price” and QR code to attract buyers and include that in your books. You’ll be in charge of your own sales – most common are Venmo, Paypal, Square.
