Sponsorship Application


More than 100 book publishers from throughout the area are expected to attend, along with the board of directors and key staff of IBPA (formerly PMA), the world’s largest trade association for book publishers. This is an outstanding and cost-effective way to promote your goods and services to large numbers of publishers.

Sponsorship Options


$50.00 Basic Level Sponsorship
This consists of a stack of brochures prominently, or other materials of equivalent size, displayed in the reception/registration area, and acknowledged in the program for the event.
$300.00Staffed Table
A full table in the reception area to display your goods and services. This includes, for the person staffing the table, admission to all seminars and talks, the reception, the keynote luncheon, etc. that would normally be part of the admission cost for the conference. All sponsors with a staffed table will also be acknowledged in the program.
$300.00Sponsorship of a Meal
You may sponsor either the Saturday continental breakfast or the keynote luncheon. One sponsor only for the breakfast, up to three for the luncheon. Sponsors will be acknowledged and thanked during speaker announcements as well as in the program.
